Over the course of my year and a half, I witnessed over 20 broken car windows, heard almost daily gunfire, and even saw a shootout close to the building. Despite the extra cameras, crime has not declined; I had my car's license plate taken while parked in front of one of these cameras. The apartment flooring is very thin, and you can hear the neighbors walking around all day. Additionally, loud leaf blowers come around at least twice a week, making it difficult to work from home. Some of the tenants have no respect for the property, leaving trash and food bags in the parking lot or other public spaces. The living space itself is alright; it's spacious enough for the price, even if we did experience cockroaches more often than we would have liked. The sole upside is the incredibly low rent, which I could only afford as a college student. This is a messed up place to be at your car will get broken into constantly and the leasing office dont gaf if it yur car or your guest
