The office never answers there phone trying to get corporate number because this is ridiculous I guess some things never change

I moved out almost 2 months ago and still haven't gotten my security deposit. I drove 45 minutes to the office to try to speak with someone, only to watch them ignore calls. I gave them 30 days after moving out on March 9th before I started calling. I moved out almost 2 months ago and still haven't gotten my security deposit. I drove 45 minutes to the office to try to speak with someone, only to watch them ignore calls. I gave them 30 days after moving out on March 9th before I started calling. Over 3 weeks, I called daily and sent 3 emails, but still no response. When I visited the office, they said they didn't have a forwarding address, which could have been said on the phone, but they don't answer. It's been a month since I went to the office and updated the address, yet still no deposit. Now, I'm calling again and still no answer. I only stayed there for less than 2 months due to all the problems I had with my unit, maintenance and management. It's not common to be let out of a lease, which says a lot about the place. Don't be fooled by the 'upgraded' units; the bathroom mirrors are literally just picture frames you can take off the wall! I highly recommend avoiding this place - it's not worth your time or money! more ... hide ...

They never answer the phone no matter how many times I call the staff is terrible the only person who actually does there job is the lady at the front desk
