This apartment complex gives the impression of a secure home, yet it is not suitable for young children. My sister recently moved in, only to be taken aback when she discovered an adult raccoon inside her apartment on her first night. My sister recently moved in, only to be taken aback when she discovered an adult raccoon inside her apartment on her first night. It had come in through a damaged vent. The front desk said they would try to resolve the problem either by shifting my sister to another apartment or fixing the vent, but neither solution was put into practice. Later, two baby raccoons, which had rabies, managed to get inside the same vent. After numerous attempts to get help, with her small children scared, her neighbours finally succeeded in contacting security who got rid of the juvenile raccoons. It is clear that the management has no intentions of taking action. My sister is left in a hazardous apartment with the management nowhere to be seen. Therefore, if you are searching for a new place to live, make sure you avoid this complex. Do not take it lightly when businesses take advantage of hardworking people who trust them to fulfill their promises. The owners/management hide while their underpaid front desk employees, who sound exasperated, have to face the complaints without any real resolution. more ... hide ...

Went to tour the Property and while I was there at the office I noticed 5 different people walk inn with issues that they apparently reported and are still waiting to get fixed after couple of months I also heard the way the manager was talking to th Went to tour the Property and while I was there at the office I noticed 5 different people walk inn with issues that they apparently reported and are still waiting to get fixed after couple of months I also heard the way the manager was talking to these tenants and that alone made me not want to be a part of this community Manager was very argumentative with her tenants and was very unprofessional I heard her say to the lady that was helping me out that just for that they are gonna have to wait another week I dont think thats how you do business and with that alone I just told the lady thank you for your time and I walked out You guys need better professionals with good costumer service working there not ugly people with attitudes that will run away a good tenant more ... hide ...
