Well for starters the home were nice when I moved in only concern I had was the flat paint Painting was not completed semigloss was never put on the walls I was the first person to move in my home and trying my best to move before this summer You wi Well for starters the home were nice when I moved in only concern I had was the flat paint Painting was not completed semigloss was never put on the walls I was the first person to move in my home and trying my best to move before this summer You will get a new property manager ever other yr maybe 9 months tops maintenance also Some of the guys was stealing they fired one good lead maintenance guy we had because he didnt want too walk in the homes in the height of covid19 I have been asking for new carpet for 5yrs now all I get is maintenance taken pics and nothing gets done My times has come too and END HERE AT EMERALD SPRINGS ITS BEEN REAL more ... hide ...

Very Kept Up Complex But Still Ghetto Fabolous

I like the way this clean complex is on the east reasonable price for housing

Not a bad place to live but a lot of things need to be taken care of

I spoke to the property manager today and had much needed clarity I felt like my voice was heard and things will get done and shes very clear on whats to come and whats expected and I really appreciate that alot
