After approval, they worked with me so I could sign the lease with another manager from a sister unit since Courtney wasn't available that day. Then came getting the keys...the building had changed over for me but I couldn't get in; it took days before I got key fobs. Additionally, Courtney said there were things that would be taken care of right when I signed the lease but nothing happened in that regard either - no mail box key or code for storage room access. Communication has deteriorated since then; despite being busy, no response is received after numerous attempts to contact her about matters. The unit itself is great and love Courtney too, yet if something breaks it's unlikely it'll get fixed soon given her lack of writing down what needs doing. Moreover, when maintenance comes through they don't bother cleaning up after themselves - an example being dust and grime from changing filter left all over floor! Lastly - upon moving in the whole place had not been cleaned properly: vacuumed three times (each time full bag!) before fourth time with no dirt coming out; scrubbed carpets twice (water so brown!) before third time finally clean; oven food still caked on bottom and fridge barely wiped down! Some windows are only facing north, leading to dreary rooms.
