Initially, I went to apply and was given a tour. I was informed I could come back and submit my paperwork in person after they had clearance from the building inspection this week. I rang to verify the information before the weekend and was given a different answer. Someone said the units were being temporarily occupied by tenants who had been moved from their leased units with issues and to check back on Tuesday to start my application. Today I came in to finish everything and the brown haired young lady told me there were no units to lease? Her uncaring attitude made it seem like she was not being honest, but it worked in getting me to leave. I suppose I'll have to look elsewhere. more ... hide ...

Since the new management has taken over there has been soooo many improvements around the property Gates pool looks better even the manager is more intuitive Thank you Havenwood keep up the good work

The property was very nice and peaceful I spoke with Rose Martinez and she was absolutely delightful very sweet and kind and professional lady right there Definitely will be considering moving here They have fair prices for decent space

I just recently moved here in March 1st and the move in process was easy The office staff was warm and friendly I have passed by this place many times and seen many improvements I am happy to call this place home
