Does anyone ever answers the phone here I been calling for the past few weeks and no answers whats so ever

The staff was professional very courteous polite and knowledgeable Very helpful by answering my question and assisting me in filling out my paper work thank so very much

THIS PLACE IS BAD THE NEW MANAGER DOENST DO NOTHING TO SATISFIED CUSTOMER THEY DONT DO MAINTANCE RIGTH AWAY THEY HAVE NO LAUNDRY ROOM IS REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Im fairly new to the Golden bamboo community but the year Ive been here has been no less than great The office manager Savina and the entire team have been so helpful and attentive Its kept up with daily and Ive never had any issues
