If I can give it a negative star I would Lets start with Gina Wright leasing manager she extremely rude unprofessional and they steal Gina feel like everyone that rent from the company is beneath her They dont fix anything Maintenance men feel like t If I can give it a negative star I would Lets start with Gina Wright leasing manager she extremely rude unprofessional and they steal Gina feel like everyone that rent from the company is beneath her They dont fix anything Maintenance men feel like they can come on your apartment whenever they feel like it I installed ADT and never had problems with them walking on again I live in the duplex and they are not up to date My water heater and refrigerator with out The told me to turn my water off and get a hotel room because its Friday and no one will be able to come out until Monday I told them absolutely not I pay rent here The decide to remove the ac unit in November The didnt replace them until July 2021 Let me not forget they go up on the rent 30 every year When I signed my lease in 2017 it never stated that rent is to be increase every year by 30 Do not waist your time renting from them If you decide to rent from them You would have numerous of 311 cases more ... hide ...
