After already living here for six weeks, I still haven't been given a mailbox key. Instead, I've been told to have my mail rerouted to a post office box until they decide to deal with the issue (this was told to me after signing the lease). 2. The office is never open during its supposed hours. I have video recordings of the office being closed when it should be open. 3. When I put in a maintenance request, it takes at least a week to be dealt with. It took three weeks for my move-in issues to be fixed. 4. I was told that there was a 24-hour laundry facility before moving in, but after living here, residents only have access until 5 pm (which doesn't make any sense since some people work those hours) from Monday-Friday and on Saturdays. However, the office hasn't been open on a Saturday since I moved in. Ms. Katrina has almost been harassing me, alleging that I have unauthorized occupants, but she seems to not be worried about the bigger problems on the property. She comes running if she sees someone visiting my home but I have evidence of all my neighbors doing the same, so that isn't fair. (I only wish the same enthusiasm was given to handling maintenance requests, giving me a mailbox key, etc.) She claims they more ... hide ...

Never had a manager knock on my door at 10pm checking for guests until I stayed in the Harrison The lady in the office is notorious She stalks tenants at night I know this as fact Very abnormal and disturbing
