Maintenance staff arrive unprepared, making matters worse and leaving a mess behind them. There is an unpleasant sewer smell that greets you each morning, in addition to bug infestations of roaches, spiders and ants - as well as bed bugs! We had to throw away our couches, mattresses and some clothing when we moved out due to this issue. The parking situation is just as bad - often full with people residing there not even on the lease having taken up all the spots; it'll cost you extra for a reserved spot. It's also an awful place to bring children up in, filled with prostitutes, drug dealers and addicts - not forgetting homeless people who frequent the street outside your apartment building too! To sum it up: paying less for these apartments might seem appealing at first but it's definitely not worth it!more ...hide ...
