2014-11-25T17:23:57ZSounds like these folks are scamming right from the door They had so many fees when I called to check on their application procedures I had to tell the lady they would not be getting my businessnnComing in they want a 69 dollar application fee and th Sounds like these folks are scamming right from the door They had so many fees when I called to check on their application procedures I had to tell the lady they would not be getting my businessnnComing in they want a 69 dollar application fee and then after you are approved for the apartment they require a 15000 Admin fee That seems like a duplication of fees Then I told the woman I had my offer letter from my employer and she said Oh thats not a check stub I told her I KNEW It wasnt a checkstub She then said it again several times She didnt know I had spent the day calling around and every other apartment accepted the offer letter IN PLACE OF the check stubsnnThe woman then told me that because it was an offer letter and not a check stub there would be an ADDITIONAL 25000 fee NO WAY I promptly told her I could not accept that and hung up the phone One would have to be a PURE DEE FOOL to do business with these folks They hit you up with fees before youre even in the door good and they arent even that nice more ...
