Generally, it has been a good experience, with nearby businesses and routes. However, I do have two main gripes while living here. The first being the parents with their kids who don't behave. How can it be that the people living downstairs make more sound than us, when we're on the second floor? We've requested these tenants downstairs to reduce the noise their kid is making, but they presume they are not creating all the disturbance. A lot of these neighbors don't possess common sense or etiquette. Not to mention the summertime when children ride their scooters, littering in front of the steps we share with other neighbors and running around the parking lot without considering the fact that cars come in and out of the lot often. There are parks that are well-equipped and spotless around the area, but these idle parents don't want to take their kids there. My second grumble would be all the insects that crawl in the cupboards and through the tiny fissures around the apartment. But I can manage these bugs and I always keep my home tidy to minimize this nuisance.more ...hide ...
