Since I moved in, two bats entered my apartment, a water leak occurred from the apartment upstairs, and they've been having parking issues even though there are plenty of spaces. Maintenance came once for the bats and once for the leak, but the leak isn't fixed and they're trying to blame me for it, when there was already water damage before I arrived. They also like to surprise tenants by suddenly turning off the water with no warning. Last summer, they did this to the entire building without telling anyone - I couldn't shower or even brush my teeth for work that day and was forced to use bottled water to do so. When I called to ask why and how long it would be, the woman on the line was extremely impolite. To top it all off, they started painting the house and never finished, so now it's covered in white specks and looks terrible.
