My boyfriend and I moved in, and she was aware that I had escaped a domestic violence situation with my ex. It took four months for her I would give this place a zero star rating if I could. The landlord is rude and does not take care of her tenants. My boyfriend and I moved in, and she was aware that I had escaped a domestic violence situation with my ex. It took four months for her to add me to the lease; we only realized this due to her trying to evict us even though we paid for the following month in advance. We tried to move out since another tenant was making our life miserable, but the landlord never answered her phone or made false accusations against us when she did respond. In addition, it took two weeks for our water heater and AC unit to be replaced during a heat wave, while it required CPS intervention before we got a new fridge after three months of multiple repair requests - even then, all the maintenance man did was turn the freezer's knob! Worst of all, our rent payment was consistently posted late by three weeks! Do not go here!! more ...
