Before I moved out, I contacted the renting office about putting back doors that had been removed and touching up the walls, and was told not to worry about it as they would handle it when cleaning. I had even asked for a can of paint to touch up the walls, which they had a legal obligation to provide, but I was still informed it was not necessary. However, after I left, I received a letter stating I would be charged for reinstalling all the closet door hardware and repairing wall damage at 8 locations. I had tried to get an email beforehand to confirm there would be no fee, but one was never sent to me. If you wish to live here, just be aware that the only way they make money is by deceiving you. I hope I never have to return to this complex, and that no one else ever has to either.more ...hide ...

This company will lie to you by telling you one thing one day and changing everything the next. I wouldn€™t recommend renting from them. It€™s a bad investment. They€™ll make up random fees when you move out and surprise you more than 20 days later with a bill. Would not recommend whatsoever.more ...hide ...
