If this is your lifestyle, this review may be more relevant. I had a great experience here for the past three years, but I left because I wanted a new physical space. The apartments were well-insulated, blocking out sound and heat, so closing the windows silenced drunken neighbors on Royal Blvd. Access to downtown is easy, the park is nearby, and the foothills are only a 30-minute walk away. Management was quick to answer requests and accommodating if I didn't understand something. My only complaint was parking, something many tenants are familiar with. I didn't have a car my first year and didn't realize how tight the uncovered spots were, even for small cars, until later. Fortunately, one of my parking spot neighbors moved out, leaving the spot open, giving us extra room. As a result, you become very aware of your car's dimensions.more ...hide ...

This company will lie to you by telling you one thing one day and changing everything the next. I wouldn€™t recommend renting from them. It€™s a bad investment. They€™ll make up random fees when you move out and surprise you more than 20 days later with a bill. Would not recommend whatsoever.more ...hide ...
