Living here is most certainly awful. I've been here for nearly a year. The two-bedroom apartment I got is falling apart. I have made maintenance requests for months, but they tell me that I am not allowed to repair it. The doors don't work right, the Living here is most certainly awful. I've been here for nearly a year. The two-bedroom apartment I got is falling apart. I have made maintenance requests for months, but they tell me that I am not allowed to repair it. The doors don't work right, the fridge is held together with duct tape, the plumbing moves slowly and the water pressure is too high. The bathroom tiles are cracked and breaking apart. Additionally, they refuse to take care of the spider problem. Nearly done with my lease, nothing has been fixed. Now, the new owners have more than doubled my rent and gave me three days to pay it or face eviction. I told them I refused to sign the new lease since I couldn't afford it, but she said I'd be evicted regardless. Supposedly, these are government-subsidized apartments, but I'm now paying $700 a month! These apartments are not worth that. To top it off, my neighbors fight constantly and the police come here every other night, yet management does nothing. Avoid this place! Do yourself a favor and go to any other housing option! more ... hide ...
