I lived there for four years and just recently moved out. Aside from the first move in, i never had an issue. It was quiet, well kept and perfect for someones first apartment. I just recently moved out and the new maintenance guy was so wonderful. I was scared, it was my first ever walk through, and when i first moved in i didnt take pictures or write down the issues but he was very understanding, made me feel super comfortable and walked me through all the details of moving. He was AMAZING. I cant believe he is the only mait guy for that whole complex. The apartments are actually up to snuff now that hes here. Last year I noticed a man outside almost everyday, picking up trash and making things look nice. I havent noticed him for a while. This year however, there have been several deliquent kids, who live at these apartments, roaming around adjacent neighborhoods ringing doorbells and harassing people who are walking their dogs, etc. Loud cars sit in the parking lot playing music, and people with broken down cars parking all over the street.
