2019-07-11T00:12:20ZDo not even bother trying to rent from this apartment community You will sit on a wait list for months and then once a unit becomes available they will lead you to believe that the apartment is yours THEN they will rent it out from under you to someo Do not even bother trying to rent from this apartment community You will sit on a wait list for months and then once a unit becomes available they will lead you to believe that the apartment is yours THEN they will rent it out from under you to someone else and say oh sorry this other guy came in with a deposit for the apartmentnnThey wont tell you that you are competing with everyone else on the wait list to see who can get their paperwork and money turned in the fastest They will send you a letter stating you may be approved and to make an appointment and then when you show up on your designated prearranged time and day they pull the rug out from under you So you go back to the wait list for the hunger games to begin againnnThis has got to be the most poorly run and unprofessional apartment management company I have ever come across Unfortunately the options in Rising Sun for apartments are very slim and it is a shame that they treat people this way more ...
