Since the onset of COVID, management has turned a blind eye to Hugos utter disregard for what should be INCREASED attention to hygienic and sanitary property management. He has not vacuumed the carpeted hallways since March. He only cleans areas specifically mandated on management notices displayed in lobbies/elevators/floor landings.Due to the absence of onsite management personnel, there is no one to supervise the proper and necessary carrying out of Hugos duties. The seniors do not deserve this poor treatment, especially in this time of crisis.more ...hide ...

I stayed in this building for the past 2 years. Its so amazing, and its 100 percent secured. We got everything around us. Chipotle is downstairs!
