Apartments are nice lots of kids riding bikes and playing outside The kids for the most part seem friendly and well behaved Lots of people sitting out on their front porches smoking looks trashy and throw their cigarette butts on the ground Dog frie Apartments are nice lots of kids riding bikes and playing outside The kids for the most part seem friendly and well behaved Lots of people sitting out on their front porches smoking looks trashy and throw their cigarette butts on the ground Dog friendly and it seems that everyone keeps control of their dogs and cleans up behind them They need to get rid of the riff raff living there and have a better clientele Needs BETTER drainage Tons of mud Need more handicap and elderly friendly apartments Would be better if they had an area for families an area for older people senior citizens and an area for adults without kids I feel it would better suit the little community that it has become Also need a playground for all ages if kids and an area for the kids to ride their bikes to keep them off the sidewalks and out of the road and a dog park if they build additional buildings they need to make the back patios a little bigger and extend to roof over the entire patio Possibly put privacy fence between the back patios Allow indoor cats fish and birds more ... hide ...

I have lived here for a year now and I have not had any issues Neighbors are friendly and for the most part its very quiet Its more than an apartment complex its my home

This place looks very nice It is all brand new How long will it stay that way is yet to be determined
