After another walk around the Dorilyn Apartments, I spoke with some of the residents and noticed they were kind and contented. Having owned multiple dealerships in Long Island, I wanted to know why they were so happy living here. The owners of Dorilyn Apartments, Kamson Corp., have been making many improvements such as new sidewalks and a great pool; Chris and Charlie, the maintenance men are really great too. Everyone praised Catherine, the property manager; it reminded me of when I first moved in here. Moving into an apartment was foreign territory for me at that time, but Catherine made all my worries go away and got me excited about living there.
I am going to sing her praises because she is compassionate, intelligent & always willing to resolve any issues that arise within this 158 unit complex. She does much more than her job description calls for which is why she's such a valuable asset for Kamson Corp.. One day when we were talking she said "this is where people live - their homes" which really resonated with me as I hadn't thought about it like that before then.
I am not being biased because I know Catherine personally but from my experience owning companies I can recognize special qualities in people others may not be able to see yet clearly Catherine has them in spades! Kudos to Kampson Corp., Catherine & Chris/Charlie for making Dorilyn Apartment a wonderful place to live - it's now been 4 years since I moved here!more ...hide ...

I have to say for a little while now I have been inquiring about viewingtouring an apartment here as it had been a great location at the time for myself I decided to recently stop in again and the woman Jennifer went above and beyond to answer every I have to say for a little while now I have been inquiring about viewingtouring an apartment here as it had been a great location at the time for myself I decided to recently stop in again and the woman Jennifer went above and beyond to answer every question or concern I had about the complex and surrounding area I was even able to view a unit and tour the property in depth with her and AMAZING is an understatement for my second experience with this property and staff Upon leaving that day I was beyond sold that this was going to be my new residence although two days later I was informed that I was being relocated to GA for work and had to once more look for an apartment If for some reason I EVER relocate back to PA I will POSITIVELY be reaching out to Jennifer in hopes to secure a unit at this property Professionalism as was as making me feel as if my questions concerns and thoughts were extremely valued by the property management and staff I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a new home in the areamore ...hide ...
My fianc and I moved in almost 5 months and so far I have nothing but good things to say Neighbors have been very nice and welcoming Catherine deserves a raise She was so helpful and the reason why we ended up choosing this place to live
