Carol in office is very rude and unprofessional Bordering on elder abuse in regards to tenants Office personnel would not provide any upper management information when trying to get a simple situation resolved Would NOT recommend at all

I rented a beautiful apartment Carol was nice and polite had a couple problems taken care of From then on everything went downhill Whoever repaired wall and window frame did not bother coming back to sand or paint There was a previous leak from air c I rented a beautiful apartment Carol was nice and polite had a couple problems taken care of From then on everything went downhill Whoever repaired wall and window frame did not bother coming back to sand or paint There was a previous leak from air conditioner upstairs that wasnt fixed properly Carol said it would be taken care of Still waiting going on 3 months Whenever tenant upstairs runs air conditioner it continually leaks by my window Its gotten worse the wall is coming apart and has a large crack across wall above window that continues to get longer Now the ceiling is starting to bubble what nextCeiling coming down with water and flooring from upstairsnComplaints from tenants that live here over 3 years Filthy carpet in halls flooring in laundry room elevator elevator area and lobby Besides bedbugs and roachesnFor your own health and well being dont move here more ... hide ...
