I would trust them with my family, which I think is the highest compliment I could give. Ive been to many of the assisted living and nursing homes in this area and none compare to heritage woods. Its actually a community, and a home, for the people that raised us or our parents. The staff welcomes suggestions and ideas. They provide that extra level of care and security that youre unable to provide 24/7. Ive seen how they fight to keep residents independent, working with family and outside agencies to provide the best quality of life they can. Any issues brought to the staff are handled respectfully and followed up on. This place is a rare find. If youre thinking about them as a home for someone you love, go take a tour and get on the waiting list asap. The only current ties I have there are Im friends with the activities director on fb and I visited at Halloween because I thought the residents would get a kick out of my wizard costume. more ... hide ...
