As an approved vendor who has done a lot of work there, I have had no problems with the previous management or maintenance staff due to our good communication. Yesterday was different. When I arrived at the complex yesterday my car was being towed for a reason that the property manager refused to tell me. In addition, while trying to tow my car, the tow truck operator hit my vehicle then tried to deny it (video evidence showed otherwise). Then when inspecting my car, the maintenance man said "all you black peoples are the same" and claimed that video surveillance would back him up - which it did not. Meanwhile, as I attempted to explain my situation, the property manager acted very confrontational and unprofessional towards me. This was an extremely unpleasant experience with people who call themselves professionals - avoid at all cost!
