You get what you pay for Decided to move here because of how cheap it was I actually liked how spacious my apartment is The kitchen and bathrooms are not newlooking but were very clean when I moved itnnPools look wellmaintained but I never took the c You get what you pay for Decided to move here because of how cheap it was I actually liked how spacious my apartment is The kitchen and bathrooms are not newlooking but were very clean when I moved itnnPools look wellmaintained but I never took the chance to use them I did go to the fitness center a couple of times It has the bare minimum but Im happy about it Oh and they recently updated the machine equipment therennCons there are roaches in my apartment I call the pest control every month or so and they attend quickly to the calls However within a week I spot another roach or two crawling across my kitchen counters or bathroom floornnThe maintenance is alright I actually really liked that they come in the next day after being called in They do their job well But I did have an issue which required me to keep calling them for almost 3 months It was a complex issue and thus required several visits After the first one they left and told me theyll be back on Thursday My issue was marked as resolved in the app on the same day No one showed up on Thursday Called them a second time and asked if theyd forgotten about me They said they did not but never showed up Third call resulted in them telling me that my issue cant be resolved due to cold weather Fair But the weather became nicer and the issue was still not resolved Had to call again and then finally it was fixed TC you really should not mark an issue as resolved if it is notnnThe walls are too thin too Im usually a deep sleeper but I had nights in a row where I had to sleep in the guest room because my neighbors were watching moviesnnHallways always have the smell of garbage and spraying Febreeze near your door only helps for an hour The staircase nor the hallway appear clean and all have stains on the carpeting The hallway doors also have the same stains from when I moved innnThe last thing is safety Theres police circling the place all the time And for a good reason Not 10 days after I moved in my LOCKED bike gets stolen Homeless people under your balcony being chased by cops A car getting stuck in the trees at 3 am under your balcony even though theres only trees fence and no road there and the engine revs for an hour Oh yeah all of that happenednnI definitely would not recommend living here unless you are tight on budget more ... hide ...

Comfy and spacious 2 bedroom Easy access to the pool area Maintenance is on point Nice for my first official apartment

I have renewed twice The unit that Im in is large and updated well for the pricing Of course there are some issues that are minimal to me Im pretty laid back and have a good group of neighbors
