Even though they were all rented out at the time these apartments are beautiful The wonderful young lady that helped was truly informative and took time to help us get familiar with the area Thank you Jennifer and Midtown

This apartment complex is a total sham. I was attracted to the fact that it was supposedly brand spanking new, so I applied and have been living here for the past 6 months, and it has been a huge nightmare. There isn't any soundproofing, so I can hear every single step my neighbors take. The shower still leaks for around 10 minutes even after use. When I brought this up, they said it was "normal." The air conditioning filter was full of mold, and they said I had to go and get a new one myself. Additionally, the air conditioning has been making a weird vibrating sound. I reported this to them, but it took ages to get someone to come and take a look. Eventually, they said it was "normal" and there was nothing they could do. So, I'm paying them for nothing. I haven't had a proper night's sleep in ages, and I'm having to take sleeping pills just to be able to fall asleep. This has taken its toll on me mentally. The management just doesn't care. I have no idea where all the 5-star reviews are coming from - they must be paying or employing their family and friends to write them. I can't wait to move out!more ...hide ...
