When I moved in on October 22nd, 2021, the place looked okay, but I soon noticed bugs that were clearly roaches. The manager said they would come on Monday as they were closed over the weekend, and claimed they were Palmetto bugs - obviously trying to downplay the situation. After spraying, more roaches showed up, so we moved the fridge and a swarm of roaches flew out from beneath the floor. The floor was actually roach infested, but they had covered it up with fake hardwood. I informed the manager that I could not live there and needed a full refund, but a month later, I'm still having issues with them. They sent my refund to the wrong address and when I finally got it, the check bounced - costing me $900. Nobody answers the phone or calls back, and even the neighbors knew I was moving out. The carpet hadn't been cleaned from the previous tenant and I found out it was full of dog urine. The only way to get a response from them is to take legal action. more ... hide ...
