2022-01-02T23:57:28ZThe office staff is decent and friendly Ive dealt with far worse The apartments are a little pricey for the area with no amenities The main road Frontgate Dr is always trashy thats due to the litter bug tenants Stray cats are everywhere and the apart The office staff is decent and friendly Ive dealt with far worse The apartments are a little pricey for the area with no amenities The main road Frontgate Dr is always trashy thats due to the litter bug tenants Stray cats are everywhere and the apartments are roach infested big time They do spray upon request but its a temporary fix Weve put tape on all our outlets and caulked whatever cracks weve found but it doesnt help once the heat gets turned onThe walls are paper thin I hear my neighbors argue yell at their kids cough sneeze use the bathroom play their music have conversations burp their newborn and being passionate with each other Smells from other apartments travel through the walls etc If your looking for something longer than two years this will not work Its a stepping stone until you can do better I would suggest putting your belongings in storage two months before moving out or risk taking roaches with you to your new home more ...
