Affordable. Friendly management and staff. Good neighbors for the most part. They make effort to keep riffraff out. Coming and going can be a nightmare n the morning and evening during the school year due to all of the tAffordable. Friendly management and staff. Good neighbors for the most part. For an older apartment community, they do strive to help their tenants. Peaceful mostly. No worries of criminal activity, and Hewitt police frequently ride through to keep an eye on things. Surrounding schools r second to none, as is the Hewitt Police Dept and first response/EMT n case of emergency. It is a comfortable atmosphere n a good town with next to no crime rate. I would, have, and will continue to recommend Brookside as a nice enough, affordable place to live, n an above average area and town n general. 5 † for what its worth. Ÿ‘Ÿ’more ...hide ...
