If you call the police, they won't respond and instead tell you to contact management but they never answer the phone. The manager has favorites and those on her bad side will get violations. Pets aren't allowed here; specifically, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Bull Terriers, Bulldogs, Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Akitas, German Shepherds, Mastiffs and any mix of these breeds. Additionally, rabbits, snakes, reptiles, arachnids, ferrets, and fish tanks larger than 40 gallons are not allowed. Maintenance or someone they choose are able to enter your residence without your permission. It's not a pleasant thought to think of a stranger coming in while you're in the shower. Even though there are many Pit Bulls and other mixed breeds which are not permitted, you can be given a violation for a ferret or a fish tank larger than 40 gallons. I had been living in this complex with my daughters for a month, coming from Kentucky. The management of the place was very subpar, and there were a lot of unsupervised children running around, swearing and being disrespectful. To make matters worse, I had been living in this complex with my daughters for a month, coming from Kentucky. The management of the place was very subpar, and there were a lot of unsupervised children running around, swearing and being disrespectful. To make matters worse, one of them vandalized my recently purchased car by scratching it. When I confronted their parents about it they didn't seem to care or tried to blame someone else for it. The apartment itself was nice; everything worked as it should and was clean but the people who lived there seemed to have no respect for others and drama followed them everywhere they went. Everyday something new would happen such as children arguing or causing trouble; It felt like living in an insane asylum! After a month I had enough; thinking "Is this really happening?" There were only three people that stood out as decent: Jessica gave food to my girls when I couldn't provide; A laid-back guy from Louisiana who was easy going and Kat who let my girls pet her dog when other residents made it an issue. All in all, It was a terrible place so if you don't like nonsense look elsewhere! more ... hide ...
