This place has come a long way. It used to be full of crime, murders, burglaries and drug selling. I was sad for my city of Fort Wayne but it has been totally rebuilt and remodeled to look like something out of 2021. I even have an application in to This place has come a long way. I even have an application in to move there because it isn't expensive, is safe and secure with newer amenities. The vibe is different now; no sirens or police presence. It's on the south side where love resides - where I grew up - so join the elite that call this place home today! This place is the worst Every single unit has cockroaches and its been like that for a very long time The office does the very minimum to stay that theyre trying Pest control only comes twice a year

With New Management hence the name changeno longer Eden Green its pretty laidback organized The townhomes they had builtthey remodeled the regular buildings are awesome the maintenance and ground crew are on point and regardless of whos in the office With New Management hence the name changeno longer Eden Green its pretty laidback organized The townhomes they had builtthey remodeled the regular buildings are awesome the maintenance and ground crew are on point and regardless of whos in the office the objective is the samethey really care about helping the ppl who live here You wont see trash all over the place management has it that fwpd checks the property every night to make sure its safe they have programs for the people who live here like ones where the incentive for participating is being able to do your laundry for free meaning the office pays for the washerdryer you use in the laundry room thats inside the office building and they have apts sprayed for pests on a regular basis As far as nighttime goes Ive walked aroundstood around outside between midnight and 5am yep I have insomnia and its very quiet The most noise you hear are the leaves rolling on the ground and the occasional car turning at the corner to get to a building its peaceful to me Now occasionally you may hear someone yelling or even a gunshot or somebody speeding down the street just because but I can tell you that its nowhere near backintheday Eden Green status which is a great thing I cant speak for everybodys experience over here and Im not going to tryall Im saying is that its been a year and I dont have many negatives Like they dont answer the phone half the timeprobably cause theyre busy with other things like running this company and doing paperwork which trumps answering the phone just my thought however they do communicate with people through email from personal experience they respond within minutes or at max the next day and they have a website if you want to contact them outside of just calling on the phone but even the message that comes up on the phone when nobody answers gives you options like pressing a certain number if you want to have maintenance come over because they actually do have it set up where theyre on callrespond to emergencies or leave a message if you want somebody to call you back more ... hide ...
