I was only at this location for a year, from March 2021 to March 2022, and I had to rush to find a spot that allowed me to have dogs. I was expecting it to be great, but it turned out to be a total mess in many ways. The most significant issue was that I had to give up my Retrievers because of complaints from the office that they barked excessively or were too close to the pedestrian path, making people feel uncomfortable. My canines were always amiable though. During my stay, I captured and photographed other dogs that were incessantly barking and roaming without restraint. I also believe that the management staff has not been doing their job properly, as there were numerous issues, from my air conditioner not working for a month in the hottest season, to my door needing to be put back on after the AC was replaced as no one was available to do it. Water was also leaking into the storage unit, toilet, and kitchen sink, and I had to take care of the majority of the repairs, as there was no maintenance personnel. There is much more that I could mention, such as the boisterous noises from other tenants and garbage being thrown into other people's areas. So disappointed I would highly recommend looking elsewhere We moved in and the ac was not working from day 1 It is now two months later and have had no ac ALL summer Was given a portable that literally does nothing to cool down the apartment its a So disappointed I would highly recommend looking elsewhere We moved in and the ac was not working from day 1 It is now two months later and have had no ac ALL summer Was given a portable that literally does nothing to cool down the apartment its a three bedroom and only cools down one room Even the conditioning contractor states they are just glorified dehumidifiers and are useless Totally right All summer have been living in an apartment complex where the management does not even care to prioritize a basic need like air conditioning in 80100 degree weather Im stunned by the lack of concern or care for their tenants that pay to live here but are living with out something as basic as air conditioning I know we are not the only ones either They dont even offer an apology or discount on rent for sitting in an 80 degree apartment for TWO months in peak summer Ive called Ive been polite I have been patient i have been upset and i get no care from the office Just the same old we will update you Two months later still no air Also have made requests for other maintenance issues like a broken disposal and the request has been ignored completely Additionally the pool was only up and running maybe 4ish days since we have lived here I read the reviews before moving in and thought that the bad reviews of the management were maybe one offs or random disgruntled people I gave the benefit of the doubt for surebut after now living here I wish I would of taken the negative reviews more seriously Ive lived in quite a few apartment complexes and by far this has been the worst experiencewhich is really unfortunate because I wanted to stay here awhile but now Ill be high tailing it out of here as soon as possible I cant have three kids living in a place with out air conditioning another summer I would say save yourself the hassle of trying to navigate around the SLOW management that could care less about their tenants the non existent maintenance and basic needs that just are left unaddressed With so many other apartments to choose from I would highly recommend hard passing here I wish I would ofI would likely be a lot happier and for sure wouldnt have me and my family sweating it out all summer more ... hide ...
