I first want to thank Sean for all his help in trying to get me and my husband a apartment at Regal Point But I would like to say I thought we were done with the color race I applied for a apartment at Regal Point me and my husband paid 40 dollars fo I first want to thank Sean for all his help in trying to get me and my husband a apartment at Regal Point But I would like to say I thought we were done with the color race I applied for a apartment at Regal Point me and my husband paid 40 dollars for the screening process and it went through Carolina showed us the apartment and I promise you me and my husband Did Not get out the parking lot fast enough before they sent me a a email stating that our application was Denied because it wasnt complete I thought we were done being prejudice in this world But Sean called and fixed everything but because they have to pull up the carpet the rent went from 1505 to 1585 shaking my dam head But I would like to thank Regal Point for the turn down Because God put me and my husband in a 2 bedroom Townhome in Stationside Village where I wanted to stay anyway more ... hide ...

We have lived here since September 2019 I absolutely love it here Very large and spacious and we have never had any issues I would highly recommend for those on a budget or young couples starting out We have been very happy with Regal Pointe
