When we initially moved in, we had to list all the problems we noticed with the apartment so we wouldn't be charged for them. One of our outlets was broken, yet when I asked them to fix it, they attempted to blame us and said it was not on our sheet. They called me a liar and disregarded my words, while the maintenance staff made up whatever story he felt like. Now we require them to repair something again and it is such a hassle, I would rather fix it ourselves or live with it. The maintenance crew does not listen or trust you when you inform them of something. After that, they grumble about having to do it and try to charge you for everything. The girl on the phone is always discourteous and irritated. She got mad at us for not being home on a Wednesday afternoon so they could come in and repair something. We are employed, of course we won't always be at home. And they question why there are so many unfavorable reviews here and why people do not want to fix their things. They are more focused on earning money off of you than actually trying to help. They make me regret renting here. If you move here, just hope that you won't ever need anything fixed. There are many faults with this place and I wish I had read the other reviews more thoroughly before moving in.more ...hide ...
