	FOX BROOK SENIOR APARTMENTS (2.2/5) (262) 790 - 0033 18915 THOMSON DR., BROOKFIELD, WI 53045 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted utilities included: water, sewer, trash pickup built 2001 (approx.) parking type off street parking in front of entrance no entry location from interior hallway unit e R M (2.3/5) The manager, Kimberly, spends half her time outside smoking. Good luck trying to get her to answer the phone or return calls. Maintenance issues take months to fix. Hallway on 2nd floor always smells like urine. Parking (additional fee) is assigned but half the time someone would park in my spot leaving me with no place to park. There was an older gentleman that would disrobe and wander the halls at night. A woman used to let her howling cat roam the halls. Tenants would steal your laundry soap and clothing while doing wash. Worst thing is that when you are moving in or moving out, the manager doesnt allow you to use the elevator to move any property.
