too much for this company to handle premier real estate was a better owner id say This new company has friends and family do all the work to save money but in reality nothing seems to be accomplished winter was the worst never live here

Totally over rated Lets start with the fact they sold the property and its still in bad shape The play ground looks horrible Building manager and maintenance are not on the same page so they dont know whats going on The police drive through constantl Totally over rated Lets start with the fact they sold the property and its still in bad shape The play ground looks horrible Building manager and maintenance are not on the same page so they dont know whats going on The police drive through constantly shining their spot lights on people There are 4 apartments in each bilding with 2 very small washers People pull the fire alarms frequently The last guy working maintenance would come to your house when he felt and he later got terminated because he was flirting with to many different tenants and of course they felt uncomfortable with him having a key so he was fired The list goes on and on This property should get maybe 25 and that because the outside of the building looks nice but if youve been here over 2 years your apartment probably needs a lot of upgrades Im going to stop there for now more ... hide ...
