My mother rented unit 1909 from 2015 to July 2016; they were then known as "The Gallery at Champions". Tragically, my mother passed away in her unit before the end of her lease. Their emergency maintenance line was not dependable - when we needed to check on her, they took a long time to respond. We ended up having to break the window downstairs so that my mother could be taken away. When we informed the management, we had an agreement that if we cleared out my mother's items and cleaned the unit, we would receive her security deposit back. We did what we said we would, but they never gave us the deposit. We kept asking them about it, but they would just ignore us. The property is now owned by "Karya Management" and the owner, Swarpnil Agarwal, is impossible to contact. If you are considering renting from them, please bear this in mind. If they wrong you, you can file a claim with the Houston Apartment Association, or even start a small court case where you can receive more than the amount of the deposit.more ...hide ...

We love the staff, management and our neighbors! We did get approached by a security lady who said there is a curfew at 10 and we were on our property so I would like to understand the extent of the curfew because sometimes me and my wife get off late nights and enjoy our patio flow. Nonetheless this is a great quiet place to live for you and your family! God bless Ÿ™ŸŸ™Ÿmore ...hide ...
