William Penn Apartment Run right pass The management is horrible and the apartments are mice infested You are paying way to much money for what you are receiving in a home Management is racist and talk down to there tenants When I first moved in I wa William Penn Apartment Run right pass The management is horrible and the apartments are mice infested You are paying way to much money for what you are receiving in a home Management is racist and talk down to there tenants When I first moved in I was informed that I would have amenities such as a gym Once all moved in I informed management that I needed a key for the gym then I was told that I have to pay an additional 40 Maintenance staff are not professional they are people that are either off the street with no training or who live in the complex They do 12 behind work and you are paying way to much for what you are receiving There are so many moving trucks that you see daily moving out that is why you see all the specials Keep right on pass this apartment building it is not worth the money more ... hide ...
