Edit Rental Inquiry Hi. I rented a beach house in 2002 with 6 other people. That beach house was 16B Rodney Avenue Unit 7 in Dewey Beach. That year I misplaced a yearbook from 2001-02. It's soft covered. If it's left there after sometime why would it be discarded instead of put in a lost and found? This was something I mailed a letter to Trinity Associates Partnership about. The address I sent it to was 1020 N Bancroft Parkway, Wilmington Delaware. That company (Trinity Associates Partnership) owned that beach house then. Sorry for sending this twice. I wasn't sure it got through the first time.
