This is a complex apartments we live maintain by Sovereign Property Management a company with reputation and experience for 20 yearsnI cant give to them zero star or negative

I absolutely LOVE living here The office staff are two of THE MOST compassionate and friendly people I know Anytime that I have ever had an issue it was taken care of immediately Would recommend this apartment complex to everyone
I see many bad reviews here however I have had quite the opposite experience from what others have posted Ive been living here almost a year now and yes the apartments are older and there have been things that break down and need to be replaced HowevI see many bad reviews here however I have had quite the opposite experience from what others have posted Ive been living here almost a year now and yes the apartments are older and there have been things that break down and need to be replaced However Danielle the property manager is always who Ive contacted and everything gets addressed that day or within HOURS of when I notify hernnOn the weekend for an issue Ive always received a callback within a half an hour or less I think there is something to be said for management staff you can trust and rely on I think they work very hard at keeping their tenants happy The maintenace crew is also always very respectful and friendly In the winter when we had a good amount of snow they were also up at the crack of dawn clearing the sidewalks and parking lots and with a great attitude I might addnnI havent tried out the gym but the pool is beautiful Overall I feel safe living here and its a great view nestled next to the quiet woods My son and I have enjoyed living here and made it out homemore ...hide ...

Woodlea is a well run, clean and comfortable senior housing complex in the lovely Pikes Creek area. It is HUD subsidized housing that brings with it certain limitations; the apartments are fairly small and could be brighter, but there is also the upside of community activities, meals at a nominal cost and knowing the building is safe and secure. There are certainly clusters of unpleasant and negative residents that one needs to learn to side step around but there are also very pleasant neighbors.The unpleasant review of four years ago seems to be from literally another place and time and perhaps stemmed from a personal issue. Monique does a difficult job very competently and fairly, the staff are very responsive, and Woodlea is certainly worth a visit if considering senior housing for yourself or a patent.more ...hide ...
