This is a complex apartments we live maintain by Sovereign Property Management a company with reputation and experience for 20 yearsnI cant give to them zero star or negative

This property is infested with feral cats and is allowable by the property management 100s of feral cats roam the grounds and there is no warning of their direct coordination with the colony caretakers They claim this is off property lines but it wil This property is infested with feral cats and is allowable by the property management 100s of feral cats roam the grounds and there is no warning of their direct coordination with the colony caretakers They claim this is off property lines but it will be right outside any residence door Prepare to have your cars scratched step in cat excrements and cross the path of at least 1015 cats each time you try to exit or enter your building This doesnt even touch on the issues weve had inside the building AC broke and asked to be repaired more than 4 times Heat broken multiple times Weed smell consistently filling the building Too many issues to list Just move on from here Its worth spending a few extra hundred somewhere else more ... hide ...

I absolutely LOVE living here The office staff are two of THE MOST compassionate and friendly people I know Anytime that I have ever had an issue it was taken care of immediately Would recommend this apartment complex to everyone

I see many bad reviews here however I have had quite the opposite experience from what others have posted Ive been living here almost a year now and yes the apartments are older and there have been things that break down and need to be replaced Howev I see many bad reviews here however I have had quite the opposite experience from what others have posted Ive been living here almost a year now and yes the apartments are older and there have been things that break down and need to be replaced However Danielle the property manager is always who Ive contacted and everything gets addressed that day or within HOURS of when I notify hernnOn the weekend for an issue Ive always received a callback within a half an hour or less I think there is something to be said for management staff you can trust and rely on I think they work very hard at keeping their tenants happy The maintenace crew is also always very respectful and friendly In the winter when we had a good amount of snow they were also up at the crack of dawn clearing the sidewalks and parking lots and with a great attitude I might addnnI havent tried out the gym but the pool is beautiful Overall I feel safe living here and its a great view nestled next to the quiet woods My son and I have enjoyed living here and made it out home more ... hide ...
