If I could give less than 1 star I would Everything about this place sucks We have pretty much had issues from day one We moved out over a month ago and now were having issues with our deposit Seriously go elsewhere Dont waste your money

Flor is a wonderful person to talk to who is very understanding and pleasant The pricing is high it is what is to be expected of Golden The apartments are very old and there is certainly work to be done on the grounds When I had conflicts however the Flor is a wonderful person to talk to who is very understanding and pleasant The pricing is high it is what is to be expected of Golden The apartments are very old and there is certainly work to be done on the grounds When I had conflicts however they were quick to fix any issues I was having Before signing a lease I would HIGHLY recommend reading through the lease and making sure you understand the move out policy because unless you want to hire a cleaning crew it is going to take hours out of your day and be sure to schedule ahead of time for a before and after inspection to ensure you get your full deposit back They will charge maximum price for cleaning even if you leave the place in decent condition It needs to be up to their standards and by that I mean it basically needs to look like you never lived there Overall living there was a decent experience except for the occasional domestic disputes and noise This is a good first apartment for anyone going to school more ... hide ...

I originally came to Fox Hill a few years ago after searching around for a safe clean quiet reasonably priced apartment community that took care of their residents I passed the application at that time but had concerns about my personal budget and th I originally came to Fox Hill a few years ago after searching around for a safe clean quiet reasonably priced apartment community that took care of their residents I passed the application at that time but had concerns about my personal budget and the leasing consultant returned my deposit graciously Now with a new job and budget Fox Hill was the first place I came back to to look for a home Flor was informative welcoming to me and my dog and got my application approved quickly and efficiently They truly care about making the process simple and taking care of my concerns Im glad to be part of this community more ... hide ...

Great place to live Perfect locationnnFlor Lynne in the front office are always smiling and genuinely try to help in any way they can Aarons the main maintenance guy and is fantastic He responds quickly to all requests big or small
