I have been living at Kipling Village Apartments for three years and couldn't be more pleased. This is the longest I have stayed in one place in the past 8 years. I have never experienced any problems with pests, the complex has no unpleasant odors, I have been living at Kipling Village Apartments for three years and couldn't be more pleased. I have never experienced any problems with pests, the complex has no unpleasant odors, the grounds are always well kept, the laundry is inexpensive, and my packages are never lost. The office staff and maintenance team have provided me with superior customer service. My grandkids also love coming to visit, and I am at ease when they are playing outdoors. They especially enjoy the summertime, when the two swimming pools open. The patio furniture and lounge chairs are cozy and inviting. Additionally, there will soon be a BBQ amenity. It is great to have a park just a few steps away, where the children can play, ride bikes, and play basketball, and the adults can go for a walk. Kipling Village even has their own dog park, as well as clean-up supplies for pets. These are just a few of the reasons why I give Kipling Village Apartments a Five Star Review. more ... hide ...

Furthermore, the office staff at the leasing office are friendly and have been very helpful in giving me advice and providing me with swift assistance. The maintenance staff have also been kind and helpful, particularly towards me as a young female living alone. The only downside is the area, which can be a bit dodgy with homeless people around. Nevertheless, the apartment owners are continually working on projects to make the complex more inviting, with pools, dog parks, etc. I truly enjoy living here and will keep living here happily. more ... hide ...
