I wrote this review seven months ago, but they contacted me and acted like they were going to help, yet nothing happened again—this was at least the fourth time. Issues like these are not just an occasional thing; it happens constantly. I lived in another apartment for about three months and no one seemed to care. The pool has not been opened since I moved in January 2021. I understand that it's cold now, but it was supposed to be open for a movie night they had in July. They cleaned it, filled it up half way and then kept it closed. The website clearly shows it as an amenity. Additionally, good luck finding a parking spot—it's ridiculous that you have to park on the other side of the complex away from your apartment. There is barely any security, and the mailboxes are broken into at least once or twice a week for the past two months. I haven't seen security in three weeks. The only reason I would recommend staying here is if you've been denied everywhere else. The only good workers are the lady and older guy who work maintenance. They keep telling you they are working on things that need to be done. I've been missing my closet doors since I switched apartments in May 2021. The measurements were taken at least five times. I signed a new lease and couldn't afford to move right now because of school. This place is overpriced for what you have to deal with. Some daysmore ...hide ...
