I cannot honestly say that I recognize these 5 star ratings for this community The staff is mostly friendly but the condition of the apartments are not in my opinion what I would consider as luxury I have lived here for about a year and a half When I I cannot honestly say that I recognize these 5 star ratings for this community The staff is mostly friendly but the condition of the apartments are not in my opinion what I would consider as luxury I have lived here for about a year and a half When I moved in my apartment looked as if it had never been cleaned since the last time someone lived there my carpet was filthy and the kitchen cabinet paint is so cheap it comes right off with the smallest wipe Every time I have a maintenance issue I have to call multiple times because the maintenance orders dont get put in Honestly the only great employees here are the maintenance men Very friendly Since I have lived here the gates have never consistently worked and there is always police here Not the worst place to live for sure but its also not as great as some of the other residents have made it seem Glad they had a better experience more ... hide ...

Dont move here Gates have been broken since November and they dont take your privacy seriously That was one of the selling points of this place but whatever The residents like to tow each other and tow the staff members but the management here doesnt Dont move here Gates have been broken since November and they dont take your privacy seriously That was one of the selling points of this place but whatever The residents like to tow each other and tow the staff members but the management here doesnt want to do anything to stop that They have contractors that walk into other peoples units while your wife is breastfeeding When you bring up the issue the office dont want to do anything about it Cops are out here constantly so really dont know how this place isnt listed as a nuisance property Now one good thing is the maintenance guys you have a problem they are on it But other than that I dont know if I would call this luxury more ... hide ...
