Instead of phoning or informing their tenants about when they must renew their lease or sending them a written notification, they merely leave a letter on the door. They gave me a letter one day before their mandatory 60 day lease renewal notice. Since I work out of town, I didn't get it until after the 60 day requirement. Consequently, I was charged an extra $1,400 for an apartment that was unoccupied. I didn't realize I owed an extra month's rent past my move out date until I saw the charge. Thus, I paid for a vacant apartment. This complex regularly emails about food trucks, yet when it comes to something essential, they'd rather drop a letter? Thanks, Promenade.Don't be misled by the fresh paint on the outside of their buildings. The interiors of their apartments are not very attractive. And, do not be taken in by the model apartment.
