Last year, I got a one-bedroom apartment for $1365, but now they are asking for $1520 for the same place. Last year, I got a one-bedroom apartment for $1365, but now they are asking for $1520 for the same place. When I explained this to the leasing manager, Julie, she said it was unlawful and unfair to ask for a lower rent. The premises are terrible and the staff do not care about the tenants; my flat is falling apart and my parcels often get pilfered. If you are thinking of signing a lease here, do not; there are other complexes that are just as pricey but are much better and actually care about the inhabitants. Moreover, their employees are leaving five-star reviews in order to boost ratings which seems unethical. Names such as Jennifer Kelly and Steve Ivarson Jr. are those of staff members that I recognize; I wouldn't be surprised if there were more. To the proprietor, please do better. more ... hide ...
