They ran fans for 3 days, yet there had been no upkeep of drains which caused a huge increase in our electric bill. We were entitled to reimbursement from the apartment complex due to their negligence, however we have received nothing so far. This situation was taken several months to even get proven as maintenance had supposedly checked it "several times" - though when present with the main maintenance guy we were told that nobody checked either the meters or our apartment for faulty parts or Excel. The only silver lining is a young maintenance guy who has continually fought for us and helped us out. Getting an answer from this place is near-impossible; don't rent on the bottom floor of any building here or even at all! I'm fed up with being lied to by front office staff and having my lease not followed - my advice? RUN! We have run out of money, broken our lease and are now looking into legal action.more ...hide ...
