If one is reading this or thinking about inhabiting IMT Cornerstar Ranch, I plead with them not to. This is a dreadful place to reside. Our neighbors are so boisterous that I can't slumber, watch a movie, or even read a book in my own flat. Our neighbors are so boisterous that I can't slumber, watch a movie, or even read a book in my own flat. I have contacted security six times, me and my flat mate had five various talks with the office regarding this, I have sent multiple videos proving the clamor, and we had a conversation with the neighbors. Regardless, nothing has altered. It is visibly obvious that ever since we agreed to our lease, IMT does not care about our experience here. Moreover, the parking is awful. I get back home from work around midnight and I have to park in a completely different part of the complex more often than not, which is around a four minute walk to my apartment. No kidding. You are required to pay Valet Trash service and then they don't even pick up the trash they are being compensated to do so. So, I take my own waste to the trash compactor and I have to traverse over piles of trash bags on the ground outside the compactor. A couple other points: no one cleans up after their pets, there is no storage space in the rental, and our dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are likely from the mid-1990s. Just from comparing to our previous area that we lived in this place is spectacular We came from a noisy neighborhood that would be alive until 2 AM This place is quiet at the start of 8pm The community actually feels like a community to where you ca Just from comparing to our previous area that we lived in this place is spectacular We came from a noisy neighborhood that would be alive until 2 AM This place is quiet at the start of 8pm The community actually feels like a community to where you can walk up to most people and have a wonderful greeting and conversation The office staff is wonderful and friendly and very welcoming I feel like you can go in there on a bad day and they would turn it around So far Ive seen all the rules that they catch enforced Parking seems to get full around 10pm but thats a understandable time frame The apartment itself is beautiful with some minor issues but nothing major to deter The issues that we found would be include an old filter for the air condition They did respond anytimely manner to fix this though The ceilings are tall enough that me being a 6 foot two person would have to jump to touch the ceiling And so far weve not heard any sound from the upstairs neighbors that would cause concern or the back neighbors more ... hide ...
