I've been living in this complex for almost three years and it has continuously deteriorated with each company and management team change. The current one is, by far, the worst. Maintenance has twice knocked on my door expecting to find an apartment I've been living in this complex for almost three years and it has continuously deteriorated with each company and management team change. The current one is, by far, the worst. Maintenance has twice knocked on my door expecting to find an apartment in another building. They have not addressed a resident attempting to break into another resident's apartment and have ignored my multiple voicemails about someone coming onto my patio and rearranging things. This complex does not prioritize safety - kids run around without supervision, throwing rocks at the buildings and damaging property, and there is garbage everywhere with no one to pick it up. They have a service to collect trash from outside your door, but it is unreliable and causes swarms of bugs at the front of your apartment. On top of that, they don't shovel in front of some buildings in the winter, causing me to slip and get injured last year. This place is unhygienic, insecure, and demonstrates complete neglect for the residents' safety within their own homes. Don't waste your money here and look for a better place. If I had the option to give it no stars, I would.more ...hide ...

Rude and un caring about their residents corporation should really do something about this. worse customer service experience I have ever experienced! The staff are judge mental and profile their residence, office staff Patricia MejÂa and Nathaly Browner should reconsider their employment as a staff of Green views apartments due to their unprofessionalism and lack of training! Staff are just temporary, Patrica always declines residents seeking help answering €œI€™m a temp sorry can€™t help€so what€™s her job description if she can€™t help residents?
